We pride ourselves on presenting the right caregiver for the job every time. We recognize the fact that it's not only important for an individual to have the experience and knowledge to do a job but it also needs to be someone who will be well received by the person they will be caring for.
Although it's not required many of our caregivers are Home Health Aids, Certified Nurse Assistants, Medical Assistants, and Semi-retired professionals who have often obtained valuable training over long careers. Still our screening process can be quite extensive as we require a number of items before we would ever consider sending a person out in the field. In addition to being fluent in English our caregiver requirements are as follows:
- Legal to work in the U.S. - CPR & First Aid
- California Identification - Good References
- TB and Hepatitis Results - Work History
- Criminal history report - Proof of Training
